The purpose of this privacy statement is to inform you about the types of information gathered either via hard copy or electronically, how we use
it, if it is disclosed to anyone and the choices you have regarding our use of and the ability to correct the information provided to MFI Corporation
or an MFI strategic brand.

What personal information does MFI receive and how is it used?
The types of information we would collect from a consumer may include all information needed to adequately assess him/her for the MFI
Corporation residential or commercial funding programs.  Examples of information that may be obtained would be: state driver's license, social
security or Federal ID, home and business address, home and business telephone numbers and character references.

What other information does MFI Corporation receive and how is it used?
We may additionally ask for employment and income documentation, but we do not verify the authenticity of what we receive. We may forward
this information, should it be required, to a third party entity with whom we work to secure participation in our programs.

What if a consumer needs to review or change information?
All information needing review should have the appropriate request in writing.  If necessary, a written request with proper documentation is
required for all changes to information on file.

What kind of security is used to protect information MFI gathers?
MFI Corporation acknowledges our clients' trust and is committed to protecting the information provided to us.  To prevent unauthorized access,
maintain accuracy, and ensure its proper use, we have employed physical, managerial and electronic processes to safeguard and secure the
information we collect.

Is any of the consumer information shared with other companies?
We do not trade, rent, or sell to others any information we collect.  We may forward certain data that you submit to third party entities in
connection with processing an application. MFI Corporation will not use or share personal information collected except for the purpose for which
you provided the information to us.
6.
Is any of the consumer information sold to other companies or individuals?
No. Information we obtain from our clients is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
7.
What happens with consumer information on closed files?
Consumer files that are closed or become inactive are digitally archived for general record-keeping purposes. Archived files are stored on a
secured network with no external access for a maximum of seven (7) years, after which time they are destroyed.
