Our core concept of providing innovative solutions that seek to serve our clients in multiple ways is truly multi-faceted. Every

program, product or service we offer extends benefits to multiple parties simultaneously.

For example, a client utilizing our non-conforming funding service to ultimately acquire a property results in a co-benefit to an

investor underwriting the transaction. Additionally, the same transaction benefits a mortgage broker who originates the

corresponding investor loan. Lastly, an MFI Affiliate who referred either the mortgage broker or the client to us yields a healthy

benefit.

While the examples appear endless, our focus is singularly to coordinate fair and favorable conditions that allow all parties

with a vested interest in a transaction to conduct business. We take great care in monitoring their activities and will not

hesitate to suspend an in-progress transaction if we detect unusual behavior or circumstances.

All current MFI Corporation programs, products and services are funding-related in nature. Historically, this represents an act

of corporate consolidation. Other non-related business endeavors have been retired as our focus has been refined to center on

initiatives that exploit our talent in greater ways.

Our business strategy seeks to provide programs, products and services that expand or create existing or new markets. We

believe our current offerings are succeeding beyond our expectations.
